What's already done

The 3D simulator is almost finished. Now is possible to throw the disc changing one by one the variables involved, see the graphical representation of the forces in the physics model, and as a way to put some throws at practice, a mini-game with some zombies a targets. Why zombies? ... Because you never know when one will appear at the field.

The idea is not to talk about the physics model used, so, if anyone is interested, this project is based on a master thesis by Sarah Ann Hummel, the name is, "Frisbee Flight Simulation and Throw Biomechanics".

What's left to be done are two things:
  1. Be able to see the trajectory left by the frisbee during its flight.
  2. Show the behavior of the equations of motion in 2D graphics.
The last are looking for more possibility of use, as a tool for teaching physics.

To finish this entry, here are some screenshots of the simulator.
